These terms cover your use of Friday, provided by Billionaires Technologies. By creating an account you agree to them.
Friday is in beta. Features may change or be removed, and interruptions are possible. During the beta, plan limits are relaxed and every account has access to the full feature set; this is temporary and may change with notice.
Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate details when you sign up. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.
Don't use Friday to break the law, to harm or harass people, to send spam, to infringe someone's rights, or to try to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Don't use it to generate content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or is designed to deceive people to their detriment.
Assistants can be wrong. Replies are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, outdated or misleading. Check anything that matters before relying on it. Friday is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other expert advice. You are responsible for what you do with the output.
What you write stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — storing your messages and passing them to the AI provider you selected so a reply can be produced. We claim no ownership of your content.
If you connect an outside service, you confirm you are entitled to do so, and you remain bound by that service's own terms. Actions an assistant takes on your behalf in a connected app are your responsibility.
We aim to keep Friday running but do not promise any particular uptime. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Friday is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billionaires Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Friday.
Close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or its users at risk.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use Friday after an update means you accept the revised terms.
